What’s been happening:

After serving for 10 years as dean of the College of Education and as an endowed professor at the University of South Carolina, I retired and now live with my wife, Ann, on Lake Norman just outside Charlotte, North Carolina. We enjoy visiting our 7 grandchildren as well as boating and jet skiing on the lake. Immediately following my retirement, I did a considerable amount of consulting with universities interested in creating professional development school partnerships with school districts. I still find time to watch the Nittany Lion football games and I follow Gamecock [University of South Carolina] sports as well.
